This policy covers the GraphSweeper app for Android and this website.
Who we are
GraphSweeper is made by Kemac Software. For anything about your privacy, write to contact@graphsweeper.com.
The app
The app has no accounts, no ads and no tracking of how you play. Your games, progress and settings are stored on your phone, and in your Google backup if it is on; we never receive them.
The full game is bought through Google Play, which handles the payment; we never see your payment details. To check, unlock and restore the full game, the app connects to RevenueCat, a US service we use to manage the purchase. RevenueCat receives:
- a random ID for this installation, with no name or contact details;
- your purchases in this app;
- your device model, Android version, language, app version and store country;
- your IP address, as part of the connection;
- when RevenueCat switches it on, technical information about how the purchase service works, such as response times and errors.
We use this only to check, unlock and restore the full game, to show its price, to honour refunds and to see sales totals.
This website and email
This website sets no cookies. We see only anonymous totals of visits.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.
Children
The app works the same for every player, children included: it asks no one for personal information and sends only what is listed above.
Security
The app and this website send data only over encrypted connections. Only we have access to our RevenueCat account.
Keeping and deleting your data
- Data on your phone, and in your Google backup, stays until you delete it.
- Purchase records are kept while they are needed for the full game. To have yours deleted, email us your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).
- Emails are kept until your question is answered.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page, with a new date.
